Painting Bucket Molding Line New Fast Cycle

DKM team continuously doing R&D research for plastic turnkey molding lines updating, here i would like to share great news for our painting bucket molding lines.

With 20L plastic paint bucket molding lines, we use our new model DKM700SV machines for molding, compared with standard 650SV machine, the machine clamping force has increased to 700T for better plastic bucket molding. For mold, we also done many improvements on bucket mold structure as well as cooling lines. With whole IML turnkey molding lines, our new molding cycle is:

How To Make Plastic Painting Pails?

with mold cavity number and mold main parts steel, we will do some inserts with copper beryllium for fast cooling result on pail mold.

Dustbin Molding Line With Two Platen Injection Machine
