Molds name: 240L dustbin lid mold
Mold steel: 718H and Cube for core and cavity
Mold injection: cold runner as customer standard request
Mold feature: dustbin handle area using lifter mold structure, cube for fast cooling on hot area
For dust bin molds making, we adopt mold flow to check the lid with any short coming before manufacturing, include parts filling, air venting,clamping force calculation.. we will also do the parts deformation analysis to check the lid flatness. With final samples, it would be touch on bin in very well situations. with molds tooling, we adopt most suitable tooling technology for molds milling, to keep molds parts with proper fitting with each other. All mold main parts would be strictly dimension controlled to make sure molds smooth running.
