For plastic crate mold, mold steel mainly we do is P20/718H for core and cavity insert molding area, mold based adopts SC45. Crate mold injection system would be hot runners with even filling injection. The gate is our standard crate gate, good for crate filling, no need to cut injection tails after productions. We design with optimized cooling system with smooth mould moving parts in order to make sure the mould could running fast. For a standard crate, we can run the molds on our injection machines with 35s.
