Dustbin Molding Line With Two Platen Injection Machine

Dakumar is leading in offering plastic dustbin molding lines in china, we can offer completely injection molding equipment to manufacturing different volume plastic dustbins. In order to keep molding lines with more valuable, we are able to fit two platen molding machines for these molding solutions.

For plastic dustbin mold, due to high mold thickness by the mold design, standard toggle injection machine has much limited. With DKM two platen machine, we can increase more than 50% opening stroke, mold thickness capacity compared with three plate machine. The operation, installation and production is full of humanization.

DKM two platen machine is with European brand servo system, it would be lower energy consumption, and machine size is 30% smaller than three plate machine, it helps for your workshop unilization ratio.

Also DKM two platen machine is designed with stroke clamping hydraulic cylinders on moving platen, it would create clamping force rapidly and balanced mold pressure.
