1200*1000mm Industrial Pallet Molding Line Supplying

Sino mould is good at big size injection molds and injection machines making, such as plastic industrial pallet molds and molding machines.

With above pallet, it is dimension of 1200*1000 pallet with window shapes, has two sides with slider structure of truck lifting areas. For such pallet molds, during part design process, we mainly focus on pallet ribs design with enough strength and also rib radius making to meet both static and dynamic loading capacities. It is very important for a pallet molds making. And also before mold design, we would do a mold flow analysis to check pallet needed clamping force and material filling process. With this mold, we adopt 20tips hot runner for molds injection systems.

For pallet mold design sections, we adopt two big sliders for truck lifting area demoulding. With 2 slides, each side it can working synchronous than in case of four sliders for whole molds. Also it would be good for parts demoulding and no scratching during manufacturing. With mold steel, we adopt using 718H, P20 and so on to keep pallet molds with high performance. Meanwhile we have our big tooling milling machines and workshop, we are in good condition to offer all other types industrial pallet molds.

To fit these industrial pallet molds and also more easier to match injection., we are able to offer our DKM series injection macihine for molding.
