All sino team aims to make and export good quality plastic crate molds for our customers. we cooperate with Italian customers on 4 cavities and 2 cavities high speed crate molds, 2 cavities thin wall crate with USA customer with 18second cycle time, also every year we export more than 100sets crate molds for India market.

As we have done so many crate molds, we have our own crate standards for one time successful mold testing:

1)     Suitable hot runner tips for each crate mold, with 1 cavity crate mold, is more simple, if for 2cav or 4 cav molds, we have our hot runners double surface. And as most crate molds are running with recycled material, we have our filter design system to protect crate forming area.

2)    In our company, for crate molds making, we mainly based on hydraulic or mechanical ways, it would be made according to customer request. Usually mechanical way is much faster, but hydraulic way is more stable.

3)    In order to shorten our crate molds delivery time, we have our specially tooling standards made for crate molding. This guarantee our crate molds quality and save time for us. Meantime we have prepared some necessary mold components in stock, as every month we have many new crate orders.
