With a double color molding projects, we can offer with two solutions: double color mold plus double color injection machines; double color injection molds plus angle type two color injection machines; these molding ways we supplied such as double color cap moldings, double color helmet molding lines, double color cleaning tools molding and so on.

For these double color molding lines, usually we special double color molds to fit the machines and try to use machine tonnage as small as possible to save molding cost. When projects are finished and arrived at customer plant, we are pleasure to send our engineer team to be present at customer plant for whole line setting up and commissioning.
