DKM team continuously doing R&D research for plastic turnkey molding lines updating, here i would like to share great news for our painting bucket molding lines.
With 20L plastic paint bucket molding lines, we use our new model DKM700SV machines for molding, compared with standard 650SV machine, the machine clamping force has increased to 700T for better plastic bucket molding. For mold, we also done many improvements on bucket mold structure as well as cooling lines. With whole IML turnkey molding lines, our new molding cycle is:
With plastic material PP at MFI 12，new cycle time 14.8s
With plastic material PP at MFI 2.5，new cycle time 20s
With low FMI plastic material, it is more suitable for plastic paint bucket to pass water sealing, dropping testing, etc. Our new cycle time would make your productions more efficiency compared with your competitors.
