Mold features:
hydraulic working for sliders, and core puller for parts demoulding
Compared to
normal vegetable crates, double wall crate has two walls at four corners, above
photos shows double wall crate molds we made with 2 cavities. In order to reach
fast molding cycle time, we design this mold with core puller structure. When
mold opening, core puller is working at same time for parts demoulding purpose.
due to this reason, at double wall sections, we must to make good cooling
channel to make sure efficient cooling and not shit off during mold
productions.
Like our other
plastic injection molds in sino, we adopt good machine toolings for crate molds
quality. With this mold, we make guide pins dia. 60mm, larger than normal
standards. And before mold shipping, double wall crate mold is taken by
300shots continuous running to check mold smooth running.
