Not like other companies, we have our own plastic molds and plastic injection molding machines manufacturing plant, both molds and injection machines are made by ourselves, not out sourced. We have rich experience on plastic cutlery molding line makings.
For cutlery molds, our steel suggestion is stainless type, with tempered process; it keeps more hardness and suitable for high speed high pressure moldings. And this will support molds without deformations, no problems for parts deflects during moldings. With molds making, besides for good mold design, we adopt high precision tooling facilities for molds making, with high precision cnc tooling, we can make sure of smooth parting lines after tooling finished, no need further mold adjust. Molds are supports with semi hot runner or full hot runner molding ways. With multi cavity, full hot runner is recommend to avoid any after treatment when molding finished. It can help you also saving your labor costs.
On injection machine selections, we have our servo motor and high speed power saving machine to run the molds. With machine performance different, we can reach your production requirements. With high speed machine, it can run on 7-10s for plastic cutlery. You can also select a robot for cutlery picking up, and packaging. With injection machines, we have from more than 110ton to 500t suitable for cutlery molding productions.
