With double
face pallet molds, in case with 4 ways entering, usually on mold structure, it
needs sliders for double face pallet forming. On mold steels, it would be customized
according to requirements, with P20, 718H, DIN2738…pallet molds would be
injected with 20-24 tips hot runners. Also in order for better pallet filling,
we would do mold flow analysis on design process to check the shortcomings,
like air venting and so on. For mold sliders, usually we prefer to make each
side with one big sliders instead of two, this is for purpose of slider working
synchronously.
