DKM is leading in providing different turneky molding lines for our customer during past years. All of the team are dedicated and contineously engaged in good quality turneky molding lines providing, for instance with plastic parint pail production lines.
With full turnkey molding lines, with paint bucket pails, we mainly customize paint pail production lines with different volume and shapes. The bucket we done is from 5L over to 20L with round, square shape, etc. We do thepart design and mold design both for customer and aims to satisfy customer needs during whole production line manufacturing process.
All of us have deliveried more than 200 paint pail production lines for our customers, we will strictly follow your paiting bucket request with different droping test inspection.
Due to our R&D efforts, we have made our new 20L paint bucket mold running on our DKM650SV machine with 15s. Machine is equipped with electrical charging for fast cycle and also run with robot for IML molding purpose.
