1. super good mold design with hommization features: during deisgn process, we will help do the part mold flow analysis and force analyis to optimize the product before mold making, usually with dustbin molds will run with low MFI material for good part strength, we can also analysis the molding filling process in advance.
2. with mold tooling, we pay more attention on dimension controlling to keep the parts in accurate, especially for moveable parts. and each step we have machine checking an on floor cmm measuring process. only with qualified parts can be allowed for next tooling steps.
3. after sample approval, we will inspection molds on our DKM machines with 2 hours mass production to check the mold condition before shipping. this is addtional features for all of our molds.
