Mold steel: S136 for main forming area
Injection gate: 1 tip hot runner
Machine tonnage: DKM350SV 
Mold feature: 

• injection gate area inserted with copper belyllium in order for fast cooling at gate area to reduce cycle time
  
• mold core and cavity steel suggest to be used with S136, temper steel after harding process, guarantee for the molds with fast cycle molding during produtions
  
• fit with robot system for plastic fork picking up, efficient for productions and realize for automatic whole line running 

with whole plastic fork molding lines, when finished both fork mold, injection machine, auxiliary and robot systems, we will keep whole line running and inspection at our side for your checking before shipping.
