With steel treatment, whole steel block with HRC40-44, ensure thin wall container molds with fast speed and longtime productions.

In order to optimize thin wall container molding performance, on injection machine selections, we suggested our customer with our high speed injection machines. For 2 cavity thin wall container, our DKM200HH machine is big enough for moldings. With whole molding equipment running at sino on spot, it can reach 3.2s, really realized for high speed injection moldings.
