Here is one of our recently 750ml
disposable food container molding lines we supplied to our customers. Food container
and lid mold is done by sino mould, mold steel is stainless steel S136, with two
times steel tooling process. With steel treatment, whole steel block with
HRC40-44, ensure thin wall container molds with fast speed and longtime
productions.
In order to optimize thin wall container
molding performance, on injection machine selections, we suggested our customer
with our high speed injection machines. For 2 cavity thin wall container, our
DKM200HH machine is big enough for moldings. With whole molding equipment running
at sino on spot, it can reach 3.2s, really realized for high speed injection
moldings.
