l  Mold based steel use DIN2311 with precision grinding machines with each plate thickness tolerance 0.015mm for medium side mold plate.

l  Mold spare parts use DIN2344 with DME metric dimension standards. All of other moving areas are inserted with durable parts which ok for interchangeable.

l  Precision temperature controlling and even hearing area for hot manifold.

l  Cavity and core steel with S136 steel, tempered with HRC42-45, good for mold life and polishing lasting.

l  we support with mold spare parts for you together with mold shipping, for your future convenient maintenance

l  we support to make PET preformmolds with different part weight interchangeable also, usually it is better for PET preforms weight different within 5grams.
