In our
company, maximum PET preform molds cavity number we can do presently is
120cavities, all of our PET preform molds are developed with valve gate
systems, with advanced hot runner heating elements from Germany.
We are
rich experience on making PET preform molds, with below mold features:
l Mold based steel use DIN2311
with precision grinding machines with each plate thickness tolerance 0.015mm
for medium side mold plate.
l Mold spare parts use DIN2344
with DME metric dimension standards. All of other moving areas are inserted
with durable parts which ok for interchangeable.
l Precision temperature
controlling and even hearing area for hot manifold.
l Cavity and core steel with S136
steel, tempered with HRC42-45, good for mold life and polishing lasting.
l we support with mold spare parts
for you together with mold shipping, for your future convenient maintenance
l we support to make PET preformmolds with different part weight interchangeable also, usually it is better for
