With this mold, we adopt 20tips hot runner for molds injection systems.

For pallet mold design sections, we adopt two big sliders for truck lifting area demoulding. With 2 slides, each side it can working synchronous than in case of four sliders for whole molds. Also it would be good for parts demoulding and no scratching during manufacturing. With mold steel, we adopt using 718H, P20 and so on to keep pallet molds with high performance.
