How To Make Plastic Painting Pails?

DKM offer high quality plastic pail molding lines for customers and we have turn over many molding lines: 

Plastic Pail molds:

with mold cavity number and mold main parts steel, we will do some inserts with copper beryllium for fast cooling result on pail mold. 

 

for these mold manufacturing, besides good mold structure with cooling, the machine milling is also very important. with precise machining, we can keep pail with even wall thickness and good result with sealing and drop testing result. So with every main steps finished tooling, we will have the mold parts of CMM measuring checking, only qualified parts can be ok for next tooling steps.

Dust Bin Kits Molds Manufacturer
